About This Home

2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom duplex condominium at the Historic Helicopter Factory. Originally home to the Gyro Motor Company, the building played a role in early aviation history. In July 1909, Emile Berliner successfully tested an early helicopter-predecessor aircraft with a rotary engine at the property. Redeveloped in 2016 by Brick Lane and Brook Rose Development, the building now offers distinctive loft-style residences with natural materials and industrial character.
