Why Change?
Change is a fundamental part of life. Embracing change is how we all grow, learn and become better people. Change Real Estate was founded with the core belief that it is our responsibility to help our clients in an ethical and responsible manner with some of the most important changes they face in life - buying, selling, investing and managing real estate. Whatever your needs are, we will help you!
Why Northern Virginia?
We originally founded Change Real Estate in Las Vegas. After 10 years and helping hundreds of clients buy, sell and invest in Las Vegas and building a small boutique real estate firm with a dozen agents, we decided to move back to the East Coast, to be close to family and settled on Alexandria Virginia as our new home. We love the lush greenery, the incredible access to culture and education, and being near the Potomac River and the Atlantic Ocean. See why others think that Northern Virginia and specifically Alexandria are some of the best places to live on the East Coast.
Our home base is Alexandria, and it's where we spend most of our time in the field. Browse Alexandria VA homes for sale, including townhomes for sale in Alexandria, or start with Old Town Alexandria real estate if the historic waterfront is what drew you here.
