Change Real Estate in Virginia is a franchise of Change Real Estate based in the Alexandria Virginia. Michael Blonsky and Yuwathida Blonsky founded Change Real Estate in Las Vegas after moving to Las Vegas from San Francisco in 2015. In 2025, we opened Change Real Estate in Alexandria Virginia to serve Northern Virginia and the entire "DMV" (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. We believe that our "boutique" approach to real estate is a healthy change from the ever growing large real estate franchise model. With real estate companies consolidating into larger and larger corportations, we believe that it is more important than ever to stay small, nimble, and focused on hands-on representation to ensure our clients succeed with their goals of buying, selling, investing and managing their homes and their real estate portfolios.
Michael is an experienced technology professional who worked for a number of Bay Area startup companies along with some of the largest tech and technology consulting firms in the world. Michael initially jumped into real estate to build tools and technology for the space but became so busy with being the broker for Change Real Estate and closing 200+ transactions over the first 6 years in business in Las Vegas that it wasn't until 2021 that he began working on some of those technology projects. The technology platform has enabled the team to organically grow while ensuring the highest quality representation for all of our clients. Every transaction is tracked and managed with a simple and goal-focused custom platform that keeps transactions moving along to successful closings.
