The farm is equipped with Choretronics 2 controllers, Choretime flood feeders, tube heating, tunnel curtains, two wells, and a 125 kW generator, and also includes a 40’ x 72’ manure shed with five composter bins plus a small air-conditioned office with a bathroom and pump tank. Perc approval was completed in 2017/2018. Included equipment includes a 2016 Kubota L3901 with a 5’ bush hog, box blade, tiller, and bucket, as well as a Kubota B8200 tractor. An expired septic permit is attached in the documents section; Dorchester County has indicated it can be renewed, however Buyer is responsible for performing their own due diligence regarding septic permitting and approvals.
